Cold Aisle Containment Solution
CS Metrology with many years of experiences in providing total power protection solution and maintenances services for critical mission facilities in data centers and server room.
CSM Designed for today's data center's cooling systems to solve the challenging temperature/hotspot issues. Its unique airflow managment strategy can produce significant amd measureable economic benefits
CSM Aisle Containment System are designed to allow cool air to rise from the plenum under the raised floor, through the perforated tiles. In the cold aisle, the server and equipment racks are arranged to face each other so that the cool air through the perforated floor tiles are drawn into the equipment cooling inlets in the rack. Hot air is expelled at the rear of the rack and is directed back to the air conditioning system within the data center
How does Hot & Cold Aisle Contains in the Rooms?
- Prevent “air short circuits”
(mixing of cold & hot air) - Reduction of Operational Expediture (OPEX)
- Prevent “air short circuits”
(mixing of cold & hot air) - Increase Mean Time Between Failure (MYBF) of equipment
- Uniform temperature across cabinet height
(within containment) - Eliminating hot spots issues
- Increased heat dissipation & better heat managament
- Cost saving solution in long run
